comparison of 2% milk versus whole milk?

Question:
nuitrition and fat

Answers:
Whole Milk! Either raw or pasturized from grass fed animals not given antibiotics or hormones. Stay away from Ultrapasturized or Homogenized milk.

Non-fat dried milk is added to 1% and 2% milk. Unlike the cholesterol in fresh milk, which plays a variety of health promoting roles, the cholesterol in nonfat dried milk is oxidized and it is this rancid cholesterol that promotes heart disease.

Other Answers:
go to the store, pick up both jugs, look and compare.. its thats easy.
just go w/ 1% milk
Whole milk has way more fat, and calories, and so 2% is better for you.
They are both equally nutritious. Whole milk contains 4% milk-fat, and 2% contains 2% milk-fat.
There's less fat in 2% milk, but skim or 1% milk is best for you :)
2% tastes about the same - and is not a lot healthier than whole milk.

If you are needing to switch for health or weight reasons, you should go with 1%, or skim. 1% isn't too bad, but skim is like water - but go with it for your own sake.
