"But I don’t want to bulk up". Big myth here, folks, lifting an 8lb dumb bell 10-12 times is not gonna cause you to bulk up. In fact it will tighten and lengthen your muscles and make you look leaner.

maybe a treadmills Well, theres pilates that shapes and tightens. Or aerobic workouts. If you are overweight, you can work out normally first because you will slim down before building bulk. If you are already slim, then use stuff like pilates taht shape your bodyparts ^_^ it really works!

A weekly variance of weights, cardio and stretching exercises such as pilates and yoga are an all round plan to looking good.
