What is the best way to lose weight by exercising a little bit each day?

drink a lot of water and milk. milk helps trim the waste and water will flush the fat out of your system so your body dosent get the chance to absorb it. Exercising for a half an hour a day is sufficient enought to lose weight. losing to much weight to fast can be bad for you to so be careful how crazy you ket. Jogging, brisk walks, yoga, pushups, weight training, sit ups. all of these are easy and good ways to stay fit. Good luck!

i'd say crunches, push-ups, squats, the basic things that we all hate doing...
Walk this way....
First you must exercise and watch your daily portions of food. Rather than eating 3 meals a day, eat smaller portions throughout the day. Breakfast, a snack, lunch, a snack, dinner, a snack....but remember snacks are not cookies....fruit, vegetables, etc.....
Do your 1/2 hour routine, plus walk everywhere you are able to. Climb stairs rather than using ramps or elevators.

Eat less bread and meat, and more veggies and fruit. Cut back big-time on fried foods and junk foods.
