Answers:
hmm.. sounds tiring. u may feel fatigued ..
try this.. "the no salt diet".
do not consume any salt. or very little salt. canned foods contain a lot of salt generally, so avoid them.
Salts have the property of absorbing and holding fluids and water in the body which would otherwise be lost in urination. cut the salt and u'll lose some weight obviosly.
WARNING: this should be done for a short term only. as it may get dangerous. my sister did it before her prom night for a week for good results..

I have another one, better.. the banana's diet. You can eat everything except bananas!
It depends on how much you weigh - this is a hard diet and not well balanced and you will likely lose some muscle as well as fat - as most bodybuilders do in their final cutting stages - dont stay on it more than 2 weeks if you choose to do it
judging by your pic you are already in awesome shape and very pretty - one of the problems with this diet is your face will become gaunt and you will not be showing off that prettiness enough! - I would concentrate on a better diet with more fruit and veges and some extra protein from low fat dairy etc than this and focus on your training instead - with more calories you will train harder and get better shape
Actually not really, because you are missing out on carbs, the right carbs, and some fat. Your snacks should be more substantial and meals should have more fiber and your breakfast should be more energy sustaining. Also protein helps develop muscle not veggies. Fiber is key though and drink more than your 8 8oz glasses a day, because that helps to flush the crap out of system.

It sounds like a very healthy diet, but if you look like your pictures, you do NOT need to go on a diet!
