How to get rid of the lower tummy fat?

Question:

Answers:
After teaching people how to loose body fat for over 20yrs, the most common misconception in gyms is “that doing stomach exercises for loss of belly fat (for that six pack look) works”. But, I am sorry that isn’t the case.
I know this may not be what you want to here but proper nutrition and ample cardio are the BEST ways.
I would suggest talking to a nutritionist or going to your local library and getting some good books on nutrition. I would suggest some books that I have read over the years but that may open up a very large can of worms on this board, because diet is such a volatile subject.

Sit-ups and more sit-ups.

Sit ups work. But, honestly I like a little pooch on a guy. Skinny guys are not hot. And a lot of girls feel this way so, don't stress it too much. drink lots of water, watch what ur eating and do pilates stomach exercises, they work very fast and are not difficult.

do some sit ups it helps.drink lots of water, watch what ur eating and dont eat lots of jank food

Develop a good cardiovascular workout that you can maintain for a lifetime. Jogging, Rowing, ect. all burn fat very well.

When you do crunches you need to "crunch" your abs. So when your laying on the floor and you do a crunch your stomach should not rise. It should stay flat. This works the lower abs. So have someone sit next to you and watch to see if your stomach rises. If it does think about pulling your belly button down to the floor. You don't want that lower part of your abs to rise; keep it flat which contracts it therefore working it.
