you tend to sweat alot more. but this is body fluids which later when drinking to give back to yr body you gain it again so all in all the same. try some handy tips in here>>

you lose more weight in a hot environment because you gain more sweat. it works on the same principles of a sauna. in a sauna people think they are losing weight but they are just losing water out of their bodies. alot of the body is made of water so once you have a drink all the weight gets put back on. so there is no difference in the weather.
You lose more weight in hot weather than in cold weather. The reason? You sweat more, but this just means that the extra weight you lose is only water - so as soon as you rehydrate, you gain the water weight back (which is normal, you don't want to remain dehydrated). In very cold weather, it can be hard on your lungs to run because the cold is a shock to your lung. It's best not to run in any extreme temperatures, cold or hot. You're best bet is to run in a cool, comfortable climate in comfortable clothing.
Well in a cold environment, I find it harder to breathe, once I got a sore-throat from running in the cold. And in hot weather you just sweat a lot. In a warmer environment you would lose more weight, because you lose a lot of water weight sweating but that's nothing long term.
