Now let me tell u in honesty I am just 16 I do at least 150 sit-ups
50 a timeaday and do it in the regular way bend my legs and
keep my feet on the floor while i am doing sit-ups, at least 90
push-ups a day and i do 30 a time, pull-up at least 30, and run 10
minutes aday i play soccer everyday so i am okay that is what i
do everyday Is that enough for a 16 years old boy i am 5"8' 140 i
am not fat at all i just started for this summer...~_~ SO U
