Not taking the pill everyday hurts you more then it helps you. You may not be working out, but the food you eat on those days works through your system just as it did when you weren't taking the pill. Take it every day, regardless of whether you workout or not.
Don't waste your money on diet pills. There is no clinical proof that they work.
Diet and exercise are your best bets to effective and sustained weight loss.
I've taken pre-workout drinks such speed stack, adrenaline stack, and redline for the past seven years. I've also tried some of the energy pills with and without ephedrine and also took them on my off days. Over the years my body has built up a tremendous tolerance to caffeine and ephedrine. Now I don't know if Thermo Cardio has caffeine, but from my experience most of these diet/energy pills do. The bottom line is that the more often you take diet/energy pills and drinks the more of of a tolerance your body is going to build. The result is they will be less effective in giving you that energy buzz before your workout. I recommend that you only take them on the days you go to the gym, especially if you're lifting weights.
