I actually just started eating it for breakfast (not the 2 meals it suggests) about a week ago. I have exercised everyday, and I am down 3 pounds. I like it :)

Don`t believe what you hear in the tely!Just eat a little bit of everything,drink much water and eat a lot of salad with olive oil and feta cheese.Try mediteranian diet and let it become your life!Oh,and try to occupy your mind doing something intresting to forget all about eating a lot(that`s what I did!).Also,eat a lot of food that does not make you fat(proteins-chicken,milk,eggs. so that you don`t feel hungry.If you don`t feel hungry then you will have less cravings for junk food.
