you have to do them and work up your mussel's. no short cuts
as with anything, its practice practice practice!
here's a good method:
do as many as you can (full pushups), rest 2 minutes, repeat, rest, repeat
do this every day (i used to do it before my morning shower in highschool) and you'll improve in no time!
IF THEY HAVE BECOME TO EASY FOR YOU,THEN YOU NEED TO MOVE ON TO THE REALS ONES.
We naturally have upper body strength. If you want to go the weights route do the bench press because it focuses on the chest area. Second do bent lateral raises to work the upper back. Keep doing the push-up on your knees till you reach your goal, builds muscle memory.
Also keep working towards your goal work through the discouragement and you will like the results.
well i think u need someones help to hold ur hip when u go down and comeback so that the body weight does not fall too much and u get strained by that...if anyone holds u it would b fine u can do slowy and completely...
If you can't do them that means you don't have much upper body strength. To learn to do them you have to do pushups the right way or do weight lifting. Doing the girly ones won't help you be able to do regular push ups
