has anyone tried the eye toy workout game for playstation?

i have never used it but a client of mine did and loved it. He lost weight with it. Other things you should ck out is the kilowatt, which seems to really be a fun workout while playing video games, you don't even know you are getting exercise and burning calories. If you like the vids and want to tighen up, go for it.

My boys have the Eye toy game and it is a workout! I am sure that the workout is pretty strenuous as well.
If you want a workout, with the eyetoy, try the baseball game on eyetoy 2. It actually seriously tired me out. I think that the excersise eyetoy game is fairly slow paced.
