^ All those things are pretty bad. Not to mention that sugar is very addictive.the more you consume the more you will want to keep consuming! Definitely keep your sugar intake moderate to low.
If you want to gain fat, eat plenty of nuts and cheese. They're easy to eat and contain many nutrients but are dense in calories and will help you pack on the pounds. Make sure you're eating more calories than you're burning.
If you want to gain muscle, which is probably preferable, it'll be a lot harder. You'll need to eat lots of protein - eggs, meat, whey - and lift weights.
