What is a good weight to be at if you are..??

Question:
5'2" and 120 pounds. I lift and run but I still fill like I need to be about 115. How can I get rid of the access fat?? My clothes that I have dont' feel like they have, they feel tighter, but i know I'm not gaining muscle. Please help??

Answers:
It might not be that you need to lose weight.. Muscle weighs more then fat so it might be that you have more muscle then fat.. The more you lift and work out then the more weight you would gain but it probably isnt fat. You just dont know that you are gaining muscle. Dont worry about it.

Other Answers:
The ideal weight for 5'5 (myself) is 140-150. I cannot imagine that only 3 inches shorter than I am requires to be so much skinnier. Unless you are doing something such as gymnastics or tight rope walking, I think 120-125 is fine for your height.
If you are set on being 115, please take vitamins and do it the healthy way. No starvation. It will just make you unhappy with yourself and make you have to visit the doctor more often. Girl, you are lucky to be 120. Five pounds does not make that much of a difference, but if you absolutely need to lose it, just keep exercising. You may have just hit a plateau. That is where most people just quit. Good luck.
