Whats the best way?

i'm trying to build muscle, gain weight i'm a bit slim. Any good ideas??

Check out www.bodybuilding.com. I shop for their products there but check out their supersite. It's unbelievable how many good articles they have about everything you need to know in fitness whether it be bodybuilding, gaining, cutting, etc. Also look for their Male Transformation of the Weeks. It's very inspiring to look at.

As for my own piece of advice, eat foods such as yams, rice, steak, greens, oatmeal. Eat 5-6 times a day. Also, you could take a weight gainer such as Cytogainer. My brother is a hardgainer and has been following a diet with all those foods and with weight gainers. So far, he's been doing so well.

And with workout plans, I don't know too much about that for building muscle so I suggest you check out that website!
Eat healthy foods with carbs and protein. And keep working your muscles at the gym.

Its not easy, and it will take time. It is something you have to commit to for the long term in order to get good results.
