Answers:
Carrots, celery, and fruit are good; wheat thins, dip, pepperoni slices, not eating much for breakfast, and skipping meals, not so good.

The following healthy living recommendations will help you if you’re trying to lose weight, tone up your muscles, have aspirations of building lean muscle mass, are attempting to get a wash board stomach, or just want to feel better:

*1) Burn more calories then you're consuming everyday and measure your results using the following formula: Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity. Get a fitness calculator that you can put on your cell phone and computer. This will allow you to easily calculate this formula, log your daily calorie consumption, and register your physical activities.

*2) Eat natural and organic foods found on earth versus something created by a corporation to make money. Eat meals in small portions throughout the day and take a good multi-vitamin supplement.

Avoid “High Glycemic Load Carbs” (sugar, pastries, desserts, refined starches such as breads, pasta, refined grains like white rice; high starch vegetables such as white potatoes) and drink lots of water.

Do not try fad diets or diet pills. Here is an excellent food pyramid that anyone can follow: http://www.rayandterry.com/html/images/PyramidLRG.gif?osCsid=26a424be471d1337e7c2f105d5c64d9d

Believe it or not eating more frequently will boost Ur metabolism and Ur ability to burn fat,,Just don't eat after seven and eat real meal not something u wold feed a child cause u will end up overeating later on.

I wouldn't think this is too bad, but you really need to eat more smaller meals throughout the day and not just once during the day. You should eat like 5 or 6 meals a day. I do think that what you are eating isn't too bad though. I think this plan would work well, as long as the dip you are using is low in calories, and don't over do it with the pepperoni!

Sounds smart to me :)

Here is the best solution for weight loss and diet. 1, always have breakfast, it gets your metabolism going, if you don't it will slow your metabolism. Also, while cutting down on what you intake, you dont want to over do it. may i recommend Weight watchers, its a great system for portion control, where you dont have to change what you eat, just how much of it you eat, check it out, it took 6 inches off my waist in about 2-3 weeks.

eat breakfast as a king, lunch as a prince and dinner like a beggar!
fruits r a must.

The old cliché is true, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Try porridge with chopped bananas and grapes, and maybe a teaspoon of honey to sweeten it up if you like. It sounds to me like you don't want to sit down to a big meal at any stage of the day, but you should. What you mentioned seems to be missing protein and carbohydrates, don't forget to keep a good balance. Fish and eggs will do you a lot of good, and wheaten bread might be a good idea too. Hope this helps. Well, wheat thins aren't really as healthy for weight loss as everybody thinks them to be. Try fitting some dairy into your diet and get rid of the pepperonis. #1 Pepperonis and pretty much all sausages are loaded with fat that you really don't need. #2 Who eats pepporonis unless they're on a pizza anyways? Also, make sure you get a nice healthy breakfast in the morning. Fruit is a really good choice, and after all, they don't say breakfast is the most important meal of the day for nothing!

Looks like you're off to a great start, but consider substituting flavored yogurt for the salad dressing. You'll still get the benefit of calcium, but with far fewer fat calories. The pepperoni is suspect too. Pepperoni tastes so good because it is high in trans fats and sodium. Consider something heavier on the protein and lighter on the sodium/fat to get you moving in the morning.
The other answerer is correct about a series of small meals throughout the day. It will suck at first as your body thinks that you are trying to starve it, but after 4-6 days, it will come to appreciate the constant injection of fuel and your metabolism with work more efficiently all day and night. In short, you'll have a great body in no time.

No doubt the energy spent chasing a 14 month-old will help to burn those extra calories as well.

Cheers!

I agree with Drew. Weight Watchers would be excellent for you in this situation, I think. I went on it and lost 7lbs my first week. Just keep realistic goals and remember to eat. You need to eat to loose weight, just make sure you're aware of your portions and eat things that are good for you!

Good Luck it sounds alright for you to eat.. But if you continue to eat the same thing everyday, you could get bored and lapse into eating junk. So be cautiious and find other things you like as well. Get a food pyramid to get an idea of servings and portions.
Check with your doctor on what the baby should eat.

I think that is awesome.
