There is absolutely no diet that will allow you to lose a lot of weight in a short time that is not dangerous. The only ones that will do this are very unhealthy. Better to try for a diet that starts you towards what you want and teaches you healthy habits.

I dunno...maybe work out a lot of the next couple of days and eat healthier and less...but keep in mind musclar weighs more than fat. So don't kill me when after you work out you look on the scale and weigh more. ;)

I know of a diet where you can lose 10-17 pounds in one week. Yes one week. I've done this diet. It is quite strict, but you have to eat as much as possible. It's based on a vegitable soup. Made originally for heart patients needing to lose alot of weight fast before surgury.
Jeez, thats a short amount of time, theres really no healthy way to do it, but if you want it badly enough drink lots of water, nothing but water, and you pee a lot so that gets rid of a lot of water weight, and eat nothing but fiber...it makes you have a bowel movement, and that gets rid of weight...but its prolly not healthy

Firstly don't loose your confidence. I have seen so many people loosing confidence because of their weight problem. Diet with exercises is the best. Walking or jogging is the best form of exercises. Even if you stopped eating, you wouldn't lose a lot of weight in 3 days. I always think I'm fat and stop eating and true, you'll lose weight in 3 days but it's not going to be a considerable amount. To be honest, I don't think there's any way you can lose a lot of weight in 3 days.
The best way to lose weight is balance. You must learn to balance carbs, protein and fat in a healthy way. The best way is to eat all your carbs in the start of the day. Carbs gives the body energy but if you don't work off that energy it turns to fat. You then have all day to work off that energy also fitting in a good workout daily does wonders. Next is protein, it is best to eat protein type foods for supper. Not many carbs, no fat and fills you up. Always eat things that are low in fat. Low fat milk, miracle whip, etc...Also, one last final thing. Get your proper amount of sleep. It helps more than you may think. Once you establish a healthy pattern like this you will see the weight come off and most importantly you will have lots of energy, be happier and feel great all around.
You can loose a pound by Tuesday anything more than that is unhealthy. The key to losing any weight is to expend more output than input with a combination of diet & exercise. Your goal is unrealistic because you started too late.

So, forget about losing any weight by Tuesday and lose a certain amount of weight by say...Thanksgiving. OK, I know that this probably will not be the most popular answer, but what I have found to be the most helpful, is that I keep a journal with everything that I eat, if you cant be honest with yourself about what go's in, you can't make a commitment to loose it. make sure that you eat balanced 2-3 protein, 3-5 veggie, 2-3 fruit, 2 dairy, make sure that you read the labels....serving size is key, do not deprive your self, remember for every 3000 calories that you don't eat that is 1 pound of loss!!, just like if you cut out soda that is approx 300 calories for just 1 20oz, don't' drink 10 soda's that is 1 pound. Don't skip meals, don't let yourself get "hungry" this way you wont "over eat".... use calorieking.com to track your calories, remember you didn't gain weight overnight , so don't expect to loose it that quick....1-2 pounds a week is very health.
