I power walk, because my knees can't handle jogging. I agree. Walking is better for the knees. I have lost 105 pounds in 7 months, just power walking (and diet of course). I love it. Try it.

either as long as its excercise. I would say joggin, but power walking could give you time to focus on different muscles. Jogging makes you look way cooler, though.
Personally, I enjoy jogging more.
I see people here complaining of knee pain but Krill OIl helps big time. Even fish oil.

definitely power walking coz i can go on for a longer time rather than jogging which makes me give up too soon.
further jogging is not too good for your knees in the long run.
