Curls-situps?


Question:
I do curls and sit-ups but cant anymore. my lower back almost to my butt hurts trumediosly when i do it on the floor. Now i do it on the bed and its fine but i cant do them right when im on the bed (can i) n e suggestions? Am i doing it right? im on the floor w/ my feet to my butt and my feet are under my dresser(it lifts off the ground a bit) then i cross my arms on my chest and rise slowly till they touch my knees

Answers:
it sound like your feet are too close to your butt
you should try getting an exercise mat the beds are too soft
