can someone give me a good workout schedule that i can do with going to work?

eat light breakfast and lunch. yogurt & fruits are great for munchies substituting.
Do a simple workout in the morning when you wake up before hitting the showers & going to work. Stretches, pushups, sit-ups and my favorite... use dumbells. See if you could put in a morning swim of at least 10 laps.
Around the afternoon... try yoga. Relaxing yet wonderful. Then take a walk for at least one hour.
Eat a healthy dinner but don't make yourself totally full. Avoid deep-fried foods, large amounts of alcohol, eggs, cheese, butter, avoid super sweet desserts. HEALTHY alternatives doesn't mean eating all vegetables like rabbit food or whatever. Doesn't mean starving yourself from all the wonderful foods either. Control your portions, avoid unneccessary seconds.
Relax a bit after dinner so you won't get cramped when doing evening exercises. Play some sport like basketball or soccer or if you don't like to play such sports than try dancing.
10 lbs in one month is possible but just remember to stay active & always have care for your health in mind.

Try and walk for 40 minutes- an hour every day, and power walk if you can. Or alternate power walking with a brisk walk. Lift hand weights too because the combination will really help you lose fat. Eat about 6 small meals throughout the day (no more than 250 calories for each one).
Do you have an office job? You should get a stability ball to sit on at your desk. Really helps your core. Food ideas.. eat lots of fruits and veggies, and then as soon as you are off work, go to the gym before going home for an hour or two!
one way to fill up before meals is drink a glass or water so your stomach is not as empty when you eat. Walking 30 minute in the morning and evening should also help. Fresh fruits and veggies are great for snacking on
