2 tortillas?? The flour ones are the worst. You're just eating a piece of fruit for dinner?? try eating that as a snack and eating something like you had for lunch at dinner.
You are eating healthy foods, but you aren't eating enough of them. Looks like you are starving yourself later in the day when you should probably have a balanced meal.
You need to do more than cardio as your exercise. You need some weight training as well. The more muscle you have, the more calories you'll burn. You'll be able to eat a bit more while still losing weight.
The less you eat and more weight you lose, you will also lose muscle. When you lose muscle, your metabolism slows down. Buy yourself some 5 or 10 lb free weights to start and get yourself a book on weight training or pick up "Hers" or "Women's Health" magazines. They can get you started.

what exercises do u do? You need to eat more fruit/vegs and drink water. try cutting out the carbs for 2 weeks and see what happens.
I think its to do with your metabolic rate working slowly.
If its been quite some time since you've stuck to this routine, like over a month (I think, I'm no expert I'm fat too) then maybe consult a dietician to give you a proper diet?

Its a disease but i 4got the name.From now on be very careful it might just be that only YOU think you're fat. it doesn't seem possible for you to be overweight. or myabe you have an extremely slow metabalism? keep trying and doing what you are doing, remember it takes about 6 months to start seeing some serious results.
Eliminate the tortillas which are high in calories! Very very high in fact. Rice is also fattening. For optimum dieting your diet should focus on soups, salads and fruits. Looks like you're on the road to slimming down however, keep it up! And by the way, you didn't say how long you had been following your regimen, but it usually takes the body up to 6 months to change the metabolism and see great, lasting results.

Cut out Alcohol, meat & Fatty foods.
What do you mean by "not that tall"? If you are 5'3" or taller, you are not fat. If not, then I would suggest eating more vegetables - your body may be in starvation mode and eating need more low-fat calories wil encourage your body to shed more weight. (just my experience) You weigh 132 and you think your fat. Well I guess it depends on your age and height range. I would say you would have to keep the diet going for long term. I know someone who drinks slim fast shake in the morning and a few veggies during the day and then another slim fast shake at dinenr time! Thats all he eats all day and the veggies are eaten at lunch. If it gets bad talk to your doctor. hope that helps
It could be carbs. Are you eating wheat or white bread? Eat wheat it's better for you. And rice is the same way. Eat brown rice not white. Or maybe your idea of fat is worse than you think. You may not be fat. For some reason lots of Americans think if your not a stick your fat. As long as your healthy that's all that matters. Keep working out and eating right.
You may not be eating enough. I went to Weight Watchers meetings and learned that if your body doesn't get enough food it goes into defense mode and stores everything you eat as fat so that you'll have energy go about your daily routine. Then it doesn't want to let anything go because your body doesn't know when you'll eat again.

Cut out the carbs like bread and rice. Also do some real workouts like running and swimming, hiking, not walking or tae bo shiz. Try that. Also, you may have a slow metabolism
Drink more water, your body needs 4 liters a day. Make sure your getting about 8 hours of sleep a night. Also, eat more, your body is probably retaining weight cause you aren't eating enough. Eat more then fruit for dinner, have some more protein or a salad. Have an extra slice of bread with your breakfast. Its ok to eat things like spaghetti for dinner, you just need to eat it in moderation. You may also want to up your workouts to 30-40 minutes of jogging instead of walking if possible, your not really getting your body to the fat burning level for very long, if at all. First of all.. you aren't fat! Second - I do believe you are not eating properly. Your food intake should be based on whole grains and vegetables. I see one tomato - that is unacceptable. Your should be eating way more veggies than that. Check out http://www.mypyramidtracker.gov/ and plug in all your food intake and exercise. You have to generalize since it is hard to list every food and activity - but I did it for 10 days and discovered a lot about what I was eating and how I was exercising. I came up with a new plan for myself and I have never felt better. I now eat lots of different meals - and honestly have more fun eating and exercising.
130lbs is usually an ideal body weight for somebody who's 5"6 -- you said you are not that tall. how tall are you? because, if somebody was 5"0 tall and 130 lbs, i still wouldn't consider her fat. (a little on the heavy side maybe).
first -- muscles are heavier than fats. you work out almost everyday for long periods of time -- it sounds like you could have builded up some muscles, so it looks like you're not getting lighter so you think you're fat. your scale may not be moving in the direction that you favor, but you could be losing inches. try not to use the scale to measure how much body fat you have in your body. athletes looks so ripped right? but can you imagine how heavy they really are? it's all muscles.
two -- it could be a thyroid problem. but 130 is not that heavy actually. for a person who has a thyroid problem -- he/she weighs more than you.
to find out your ideal body weight, start with 5"0 at 100 lbs. for every inch, add 5 pounds. let's say you're 5"3 -- so that's 100 + (3x5=15) = 115 lbs is the ideal body weight -- but there is a 10 lbs allowance on that. you can weigh between 115 to 125. this is the ideal body weight for somebody who is not an athlete. im not saying you're an athlete, but people with more muscles weigh heavier.
