How do i lose overall body weight and FAST??

Question:
It's kind of embarrasing to put it online and all...It would be for any girl. But i REALLY need to lose 20-30 lbs in maybe 2 to 3 mnths. I don't want to be at that point where i have to learn to make my own clothes. I've tried situps, and they don't work very well. At least, not for me. I've heard that complex carbohydrates and vitamin b12 (or B something) do the trick, but i'm not sure...

Answers:
First don't think of it as losing weight fast!
Weight gain is usually the result of too much intake and not enough output.
First thing to do is cut back on your portions of whatever your eating.
Next drink more water. Not juice, not soda, not milk, not liquids in general, Water!
Stay away from fried foods and pay attention to the ingredients of the foods that you do eat. Cut back on the sodium consumption.
Eat more fiber. Less meat. More veggies and fruit, and cut your fat intake by 75%.
Think of your body as a machine that burns fuel called calories. When any calorie is burned it leaves a residue and if you eat food that's high in fat the residue turns into plaque. That's a gross oversimplification of the process, but it's close enough.
Just don't get hung up on a diet that goes overboard on any of the food groups in particular. The key to a healthy body is balance.
Walk, Run, Laugh, Swim, Ride a Bike, do stuff, and don't ride in the car unless you just have to. Walk to the bus stop or train or subway then walk from the stop to your destination.
That's it, no secret. Eat less, exercise more. You'll sleep better, you'll lose weight, you'll feel better, you'll even be smarter, really!
Good luck and God Bless!

youll find some really good weight loss programs in this article and exercises that will help you out
cutting calories is ultimatley the most crucial part of losing weight. excercise is very important too. try cardio instead of sit ups. at least 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week. you may get a quick fix on zantrex and stacker, or any other weight loss supplement. but they may be dangerous so be careful, don't use them for too long. and remember, what's on the inside is way more important than what is on the outside.
Have you thought about fasting? short term fasts are good where you only drink juice and water (liquids only). If you are spiritual, fasts are great to get in touch with God as well. If you do a spiritual fast, you can go a lot longer. You will need to drink plenty of water and a mixture called 'the master cleanser' which you can google online.

If not that, then you need to cut down on your food intake and do some serious exercising. The way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you consume. Eat fruit and veggies and work out. Drink lots of water - you will retain water (water weight) if you do not drink enough of water. That could be up to 5-10 pounds alone of water weight.

Good luck!
30 lbs in 12 weeks - can be done with a liquid diet and serious determination. Look up optifast. 800 calories a day, hard workouts you'll get there. It takes commitment though. Why 12 weeks though? 1 pound a week is pretty easy by starting an aerobic exercise program, 30 minutes a day or so and changing almost nothing else....
Try a cleansing diet! I tried this and lost 10.5 pounds and 17 inches in 9 days. Then I continued it and lost 25 pounds in 5 weeks. This program works to remove the toxins in the body that are stored in the fat cells. You cannot get rid of the fat cells unless you get rid of the toxins. We get toxins from pesticides, preservatives, fast food additives, chemicals, pollution, smoke etc… I have been on Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Medifast and Atkins. All work great for a few weeks then the weight loss slows to 1 or 2 pounds a week and the motivation drops. This was my first experience with cleansing and it worked wonderful! You can order at 1-877-587-4647. It is not a cheap program, but it works and is worth every penny!
