ok i need to lose weight for my wedding. so anyone have good ideas?

Question:
i need to lose fifty pounds in six to seven months helpppppppp

Answers:
Stay away from pills and always read the fine print - exercising is always suggested ALONG WITH taking the product.

The real secret is simply to consume less calories than you expend. How you accomplish this is up to you - eat less or exercise more.

One thing I used to help curb my appetite was something called THINS. It's a natural appetite suppressant derived from food (no stimulants, etc.) in wafer form. It helped me lose about 5 pounds a week. I especially liked the chocolate flavor more than the apple-cinnamon. You can order them direct from www.PreventionProof.com They're not cheap, but they're effective, so you may want to split the cost with a friend. What impressed me was how credible the research was (Baylor College of Medicine, Georgetown University, American College of Cardiology, etc)...and that you weren't just hearing some lame testimonials or some doctor’s endorsement who was also "on the payroll". Good luck.

PS: Another secret is to go to bed hungry.

For me A South Beach Diet and walking helped me to loose tons of weight.

As for what will work for you? Well the one that you will stick to and the exercise you like doing. You gotta do both.

Oh yea and trying to take a diet pill with out dieting and exercise just don't work. Believe me I tried them all.

Congratulations.
have you ever tried the south beach diet?

I end of February and lost 50 pounds in about 4 months. It takes work, but if you are committed you can do it.

Good luck & congrats on the wedding.

Have a Nice Day
If you are getting married, why are you lonely?

Sorry I just had to ask. Go for brisk walks at night and in the morning, and if you feel up to it, go for jogs/runs. Studies show that cadiovascular workouts are better for you because they target more areas in your body. Also do 100 crunches every night (at your own pace) and sign up for a membership at your local gym. Use all the different types of machines there so that it can target the different areas of your body to help lose weight, add muscle, and make you have plenty of energy and feel re-energized. Good luck and Congrats!
First of all, why do you need to lose weight for your wedding? Isn't it possible your fiance (forgive me for assuming you're a woman marrying a man) loves you just the way you are?

Perhaps you're wanting to wear your grandmother's gown or something. That's touching but...

I high protein, low carbohydrate diet will probably work best. Don't eat anything that didn't cluck or swim... it'd probably help if you had to catch it first! Chasing down a chicken every couple of days will get you in shape.
Let me get this straight ... you were not concerned enough to lose the excess fat for the benefit of your health or your mate, but you are so vain that you suddenly want to lose 50 lbs of excess fat to impress your guests?
I would suggest a cleansing diet. I did this and lost 11 pounds and 16 inches in 9 days. I like the program since it works by giving your body nutrition through protein shakes with digestive enzymes and vitamins and then cleansing out the toxins. We get toxins in our bodies from pesticides, preservatives, water, pollution, medications, food additives etc…. These toxins enter our bodies and get coated with fat. To remove the extra fat, we need to get rid of the toxins through cleansing. The program also has a natural diet pill to help your metabolism and curb cravings. It works and it works fast. I lost 30 pounds in 5 weeks and I feel great. My skin has improved as well from the cleansing. You can get more info at this toll free number 1-877-587-4647. I think cleansing is really important to health and weight loss. Give it a try and good luck!
