Diet and Exercise.
For 21 days, drink only water and V8 juice, and eat no solid food.
eat like a bird, exercise 3 times a day, and drink alot of water, if all this seems to hard, try adding a energy pill. It works just try it. It won't take that long
The Kate Moss diet aka The Supermodel diet. Cocaine, vodka and cigarettes, eat what you want (you wont be hungry and will start to puke from drinking straight shots of vodka.)
Eat a balanced diet high in fruits, veggies, whole grains and lean meats and proteins, and exercise alot. Fast walking, jogging, run around alot, swim, bike, chase your dog, whatever, as long as you're always moving. Also, go to bed early to recuperate. Good luck!
*The key is to have fun while you are doing it and don't give up!*
drinks lot of water;
soup; vegetables and fruits; salmon fish, soft food.
exercise;
avoid fats, too much of carbohydrates.acids and caffeine..
just do it now.it works..( i lost 25 lbs.)
DRINK LOTS OF WATER, EXERCISE AND EAT HEALTHY!
Quickest but most expensive way is operation. A fun way is DDR (Dance Dance Revolution). You don't have to be an expert at dancing, heck, you don't have to know how to dance at all! I personally like the one that goes in an "x" but that other one does in a "+" is alright. I lost like 5 pounds after wasting like 20-30 tokens playing it in one day at Mr.Gattie's. I probably lost more but I didn't check my weight till a few days later at my friends house. You can try that, do some walking around after eating lunch (notice I said walk, that means you don't have to run, jog, whatever and for like only 10-20min.), and whatever the other people suggest to do. Just DON'T starve yourself or skip a meal on purpose. That causes you to gain more weight instead of losing it.

Drop all sugar, including artificial sweetners from your diet. Only one or two bread servings a day. Eat primarily fruit and vegetables and drink plenty of water.
The following healthy living recommendations will help you if your trying to lose weight, have aspirations of building lean muscle mass, are attempting to get a wash board stomach, or just want to feel better:
*1) Burn more calories then your consuming everyday and measure your results using the following formula: Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity. Get a fitness calculator that you can put on your cell phone and computer. This will allow you to easily calculate this formula, log your daily calorie consumption, and log your physical activities.

Try a cleansing diet. I lost 10.5 pounds and 17 inches in 9 day. I liked the program and continued and lost 25 pounds in 5 weeks. It works by removing toxins from your body. We eat and drink toxins daily from pesticides, preservatives, chemicals, pollution, medications etc. These toxins are stored in our fat cells. In order to remove the fat, you have to remove the toxins. this worked well for me and I have tried many other diets!
