Creatine, Protein and supplements?

Question:
Ive been working out a few months now, dropped some signifigant bodyfat and have been developing stronger, but not neccessarily bigger, muscles. Im still reducing my bodyfat, although its taking forever - my workout is usually isolation, working one muscle group per session and doing 30-45 mins of cardio per session.

for nutrition, I am trying to get in about 250 grams/protein a day ( I weigh 228) through lean meats/chicken and of course, powders. My other suppliments include Lcarnatine, a multivitamin, CLA, a fat burner, a dieurretic and recently, I picked up SizeON Creatine.

Do I use the creatine with the dieurretic? is there an appropriate time to take all this stuff.

Answers:
Drop the diuretic. It not only has a temporary effect but is very dangerous while working out.
The best times to supplement your protein powders are about 1/2 hour before a work out and immediately after with some form of simple sugar and the creatine.
If you're trying to shed fat then you should split your cycles up into bulking and cutting cycles of about 30 days each. It's very hard to make significant gains while dieting.Well I've run out of room for some reason so look at my best answers.I had alot more to say but it won't fit.

Other Answers:
Creatine should be taken 5 grames before and after workout, protein 20-30 grames before and after workout,CLA the fat burner and carnatine not sure about but my guess is with breakfast....check out bodybuilding.com for detailed info. be sure to drink close to 1 gallon of water a day.
