Hey if you are staying active and keeping the weight off its all good! Just make sure to spread your meals out and have about 6 of them a day. That means your three regular meals, added fiber in the morning, and three "inbetween" meal replacement bars or shakes. I get mine here:

Eat a little something. It's OK to eat when you are hungry. Just make sure it's a healthy option.
WELL YOU MUST THINK WHY YOU ARE HUNGRY...COULD BE EMOTIONAL. I think you are hungry for something other than food.
