Sex, sex, and more sex. Works for me.

A day at the spa. A massage and a facial always works for me! I smoke pot. I know that isnt the answer youre LOOKING for, but it works.

Sex is good. If you are an active person, try hitting the gym. That probably gets the most stress out.

Get a massage, pedicure, facial so all your stress will be relieved and you will feel refreshed Exercise, long walks, and hobbies.

punch a pillow as hard as you can, as fast as you can for 30 seconds, non stop. Sounds simple, but it works amazingly well.

uhhh get laid, smoke a doobie, jump in a hot tub, go for a jog.

running, boxing, but the very best way is YOGA! Find a quiet place and meditate.

lots and lots of sex

I bought a dog. She's a mutt, but great with the kids. About medium size 45-50 pounds. I walk her in the morning for about 30-45 minutes, and if the weather's nice, I'll walk her at night too. Really clears the mind, and gives me the alone time that I need (I'm pregnant with my 6th & 7th children).
I also lost 45 pounds last summer, just from changing my eating habits & walking the dog. I read somewhere that owners of dogs have less stress levels than owners of other pets.
