actual it CAN be done..but not by a lot.by exercising and watching what u eat..by loosing weight the first place all girls loose wight is their breasts...sad but true..didnt want to but i lost a cup size from it =/

The only way is to lose weight. If you lose weight all over your body, you may drop a cup size. Don't try this if you are a healthy weight already.

I am the same height and have the same problem..I can't afford surgery ..so I hope someone has an answer to this. If exercise really helps I'm that desperate to do it.

You cannot. Buy a well fitted minimizer bra from a reputable store.

im in the same position but im just five foot, and of course three eighth inches. idk what to do either. my boobs aint that big but they are the bigest things on me.
