I just found out I am diabetic. I take no meds, I eat at least 4 times a day. I limit my carb (starch and sugars) to no more than 3 per meal and for snacks I try to stick to proteins or fruit and veggies. When you feel good, you look good - when you look good, it's easier to stick to your resolve.
