Please, does anyone have information on fasting?

Question:
I have been a pretty unhealthy eater for quite some time. I am not overweight, but I could stand to lose a few lbs, and I want to be healthy and feel healthy as well. I was thinking of trying a fast. I would probably like to try one with juices. My main goal is to detoxify, and sort of "start over." Does anyone know how long I would need to do it? What drinks should I buy? Can I detoxify without buying some kind of expensive stuff? Will I be spending all day everyday on the pot? Thanks for any help.

Answers:
I would suggest a cleansing diet. I did this and lost 11 pounds and 16 inches in 9 days. I like the program since it works by giving your body nutrition through protein shakes with digestive enzymes and vitamins and then cleansing out the toxins. We get toxins in our bodies from pesticides, preservatives, water, pollution, medications, food additives etc…. These toxins enter our bodies and get coated with fat. To remove the extra fat, we need to get rid of the toxins through cleansing. The program also has a natural diet pill to help your metabolism and curb cravings. It works and it works fast. I lost 30 pounds in 5 weeks and I feel great. My skin has improved as well from the cleansing. You can get more info at this toll free number 1-877-587-4647. I think cleansing is really important to health and weight loss. Give it a try and good luck!

this is a total body cellular cleanse so you will not spend all day on the pot. Sorry I do not know of any other cleansing product that is cheaper except for just squeezing lemon into warm water every morning and drinking that.

Don't do it - you may do more harm than good!

If you fast, you will lose lean muscle which you need to burn excess fat.

Your body is not made to fast - Eat healthy foods and exercise -

Eat smaller portions and then exercise more.

That is the best way! - Well really the only way.
Fasting is not healthy for your body The acid in your stomach will do damage to your stomach if you don't have food in you for a long period of time.
