Don't know. I'm a fat tub of goo...
Other Answers:
Do leg lifts, bicycle crunches, leg extensions, and some cardiovascular exercises like running, swimming, or biking.
Crunches are the best thing for abs. Don't let TV infomercials fool you. If you get bored with crunches on the floor, get an exercise ball and use it to do them.

suck your stomache in.. best way to get hard abs without knowing your doing anything.. Its great for them, if you walk around all day with your stomache sucked in, before you know it you dont even realise your doing it and your abs get toned nicely!
you still gotta do other things too but this is something that is easy and not hard!
The ultimate and only way to get abs is to burn the fat in your body. It does not matter how many crunches you do, you won't get them if you have even the thinest layer of fat in your abs. So, in order to get your abs toned you should a) work out cardiovascular training at a medium level and b) take care of what you eat, you should check out that you do not eat a lot of fats in your food. The truth is that if you take care of these two things you should only work out your abs no more than three times a week. Be sure tu have a healthy diet, this is not to eat more calories than your body needs. There is an old saying in gyms: ABS ARE MADE IN THE KITCHEN NOT IN THE GYM. So, these are the two keys to get a perfect abdomen A) WORK OUT CARDIOVASCULAR TRAINING AT LEAST ONE HOUR DAILY (FIRST TIME IN THE MORNING BEFORE BREAKFAST IS THE BEST) and B) HAVE A HEALTHY DIET
all the above and stay away from a lot of sugars, sodas, sweet cereals, greasy foods, fat in general. make a good diet and if you eat 6 small meals a day instead of 3 large, full meals you will loose wait faster.. good luck
There are other exercises that you lay on the ground like crunches. There is superman: you lay on you but and lift your arms and legs at the same time and hold it there. Do the same thing on your stomach. You can do situps: where you go all the way to your legs. Then there is chinups. For me they work my arms and abs. Just go to your neighborhood park for those.
I saw an article in a magazine about a new liposuction that melts fat while toning the body...I am crazy about it but I haven't seem its results because I don't know anyone whom have done yet. It says to be a great solution for modeling the body.

*1) Burn more calories then you're consuming everyday and measure your results using the following formula: Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity minus the Thermic Effect of Food (TEF). A website that explains this formula in more detail and will help you determine how many calories you need to reach or maintain a certain weight is at http://www.primusweb.com/fitnesspartner/library/weight/calsburned.htm
Get a diet and fitness calculator that you can put on your computer or cell phone. This will allow you to easily calculate the above formula, set goals, log your daily calorie consumption, and register your physical activities.
Set realistic goals for your ideal body weight. Here are two websites that will calculate a suggested body weight:

It is difficult and unhealthy to lose more than one or two pounds per week. There are 3,500 calories in a pound. If you eat 500 fewer calories per day for a week you will lose one pound. If you burn through exercise 500 more calories per day for a week you will lose one pound.
*2) Eat natural and organic foods found on earth versus something created by a corporation to make money. Eat meals in small portions throughout the day and take a good multi-vitamin supplement.
Avoid “High Glycemic Load Carbs” (sugar, pastries, desserts, refined starches such as breads, pasta, refined grains like white rice; high starch vegetables such as potatoes) and drink lots of water. Read this article for more information on high GL Carbs:
