Answers:
Eat about 1600 calories a day.
Try eating about 4-5 small meals at about 300-400 calories at each meal. Since you are in school you may have to just eat snacks between classes but make them healthy like an apple, granola bar, or something you put together from home that is indeed healthy.
Try reading all labels on food and portioning your food. If you do this religiously for a week straight and write down every single item, you will catch on to how much you should eat and of what.
For breakfast try a bowl of whole grain cereal and a piece of fruit, or a bowl of oatmeal and some fruit, or a pice of toast with peanutbutter and jelly. Eggs are ok to eat about twice a week
For snacks try raisins, fruit, low fat yogurt, cottage cheese, or dry cereal
For your other meals choose low fat meats like chicken, turkey, tuna, and fish. Avoid mayo and high fat dressings.. use lighter versions instead. Also eat cheese only once a day if you eat it. Try to cut out red meat, any fried foods, and sodas. 1-2 diet sodas a day is ok but try drinking crystal lite. it gives you great options to get your water intake with only 5 calories.
Besides eating healthy you also need to exercise. Walk, Run, Bike, Rollerblade, Swim, etc. for about 30-45 min. 5-6 times a week. I suggest walking for a little longer than that to make a difference. You can split the time up into two parts if you need to. If you eat healthy and exercise not only will you lose weight but you'll have shinier hair, nails, and better skin! Good luck!
Other Answers:
Watch the carbs and sugars, and exercise. Walking or cycling will burn off the fat. Drink lots of water, too.
try to swim alot in pools b/c when i do, it moves around all my fat which idk if helps but it seems like it lol and also maybe just run in place for like a minute b/c [i dont want to seem mean but..] bigger people sweat more easily
You need to speed up your metabolism, get active pick up sometype of afterschool activity. Dieting rarely works cause people find it hard to stick to it. Take walks and bike rides or whatever to keep your blood pumping
Your best bet is to exercise alot and eat less. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables and almost no candy or sweets. Quit drinking soda of any kind (even diet). Drink lots of water instead. Join a sport at your school or find a friend to exercise with afterschool.
First of all beautiful people come in all different shapes and sizes. Second of all don't get down on your self. There are some things that people can't change about themselves and there are some things they can. Luckily weight is something that you can. The most important thing to do is excersise. Walk, swim, play tennis, whatever just be active. Even if you aren't an active person, once you start doing a physical activity for maybe a couple of hours a day a few days a week, your body will mentally and physically need you to be because you'll start looking and feeling so good before you know it. It won't be easy in the beginning but once it becomes routine, you'll be like "what was I waiting for??" Oh yeah, it won't hurt to maybe watch what you eat. I don't think that that is as importannt as being active but try limiting (but not eliminating) fried foods, donuts and cakes, chips, mayo, high fatty foods, fast foods. Start loving fruits and veggies, baked foods, ya know, good stuff. You can always give in to a craving. Well good luck darlling and remember, the sooner you start the sooner you'll be healthier and happier and keep a positive attitude--that's the most important part!!
