If you only eat negative calories do you still count them as normal calories??!?

Question:
Hey y'all, no I will not be eating only negative calories, I don't need to lose weight but I was just wondering,I have heard about these "negative" calories and it got me to wondering! I know that apples, strawberries, brocolli, lettuce, etc. are considered "negative" calorie foods. If someone only ate those, would they lose however many calories they burned that day plus their basal metabolic rate all in one day?? Thanks for any help!! :)

Answers:
Yes you would still count them. Some nutrition plans are so concise that they lists what their company considers negative foods according to their specific food plans. If you arent following anything like the South Beach or the Curves for Women diet, then you should still count them. Some foods take more calories to burn than the actual calories contained in them. But this does not mean that you would lose enough weight through this type of eating to not have to exercise.

Other Answers:
Ive heard certain foods actually burn more than you consume. I dont think apples or strawberries are some of them. They are foods like celery and cucumbers. Basically the theory is you actually burn more calories than you are consuming when you eat these foods.

Best way to keep weight off, and good lifetime habit is to eat fruits and vegetables as often as you can, when you want a snack. Reaching for some cut up brocoll-florets is always a better choice than say, even a bag of 100 calorie popcorn with preservatives in it, etc... you get the drift.
