it depends. i kept slowly growing until i was 18. some girls are done growing at 12. if her height has stayed consistent for the last few months and she has hit puberty, she is probably done. if she was still growing the last few times she was measured (even if she has hit puberty) then there is still hope for her. also though it is based on genetics, and more than just parents--you have to look at grandparents and aunts/uncles, etc.

What's wrong with being 5'2"? I'm 24 and that's how tall I am. Besides, it's all genetic. Look at her family members. Birth order also plays a part in her growth.

my son was 5ft 5in at the age of 15 it wasnt till he hit 16 and a half that he started growing he is now 6ft 7in he stopped his growth spurt at the age of about 18yrs
