How many different weightloss programs have you tried?

I've tried all different programs.. but the best so far is cardio 3 times a week and toning 2 times a week. eating smaller meals 3 times a day with 2 snacks and not eating at least 2 hours before you go to bed.

I tried a lot, but in the end it took me drinking only water and exercising. Now I feel great! ;)
