About how many pounds do I have to lose?

I'm 5'3-4 and I weigh 140lbs, and I am 13. I'm not MORBIDLY overweight, but still considerably. How much should I lose?

since you are 13, you should worry about more important things. I know kids can tease and be mean.still, dont worry about that. Eat healthy, try and exercise a little every day, and you are golden.

honestly about 20 to 25 p,if you need a help i can help you by givin you ways to lose em if your happy on how you look don't loose weight..if someone is telling you to loose weight don't do it..If you want to do it for yoursef about 15 lbs or so

I'm also 13. But 5'0, 5'1. I weight 120 pounds.
You don't sound overweight. and I tried to lose weight, but it is not easy; especially because I can't control myself and I love food.
I recommend that you don't lose weight. It's probably just baby fat you are worried about.
Wait a year or two and most of it will go away.
If you are still not satisfied, just try eating smaller portions & excersise regularly.
But whatever you do, don't take pills or any of that stuff.

But to answer your question, at your height & age; I would say about 7-10 pounds.
