When do you workout?

Question:
My goal is to burn fat. I workout everyday in the morning before work, alternating weights and cardio.

Is that the best time to get the most fat burn?

Answers:
I've heard that morning routines are better at burning fat... seems it gets your metabolism going all day long, too. I choose to workout after a day at work... it helps relieve stress. I might not burn the fat as fast as you do, but I'll take the reduction of stress instead.

sounds great! way to go!
I work out in the morning. 10am (usually) on Monday's
and 8am on Tues,Thurs & Friday.
Yeah on an empty stomache though. When you first wake up in the morning and if you don't eat you don't have any food to use as energy. So, you're more prone to use your fat as an energy source instead. I also heard that since when men wake up in the morning they have a higher testosterone level so its really good for building muscle to work out in the morning as well.
Everyone's body is different. Some people are really morning people and like to do this then, some people are night people and like to go then. Both times at our club are busy!
It's up to the individual when the best time to go is for them. I work out in the mornings too, and I like it the best, but I'm a morning person sooooo there you have it! Any time is a good time! Any time you exercise you will be speeding up your metab and burning more calories even at rest. Mornings are good and so are evenings. Hope this makes some kind of sense!
"Y E S ! " The earlier you work out the more you burn calories and the weight lifting actually allows you to burn calories all day as cardio only burns calories when you are actually doing it.. And if you work out in the morning you will burn calories all day long........ YES good for you....... Doesn't it feel so incredible? W O W !
