This isn't good advice, but you can lose about 10 pounds, if you are otherwise healthy, in about 5 days by not eating anyting but a few saltine crackers and drinking only water.
Eat 6 meals a day. A protein and a healthy carb the size of your fist for each meal. Exercize for 30 minutes a day. Weights, run, weights, run, etc. You'll lose 10 easily. I did it.
Get plenty of exercise and select a sensible diet. I lost 10 lbs in the past 30 days that way and it really wasn't all the difficult.
dance dance revolution! it's like 50 dollars for the game or mat and it really works. eat a diet, do 1-2 hours of DDR everyday and within a week you'll lose 2 pounds!. good luck.
Low carb works for some people. but you have to do it right, by making sure you get your nutritional requirements... check out Atkins. i lost 60 pounds in two months and kept it off til i quit smoking.

U gota start detoxifiying. cut dwn on ur rice n carbo intake.
drink pure lemon juice...regular exercise 3times per week....
if you need help losing weight, becuase you can't seem to lose the pounds on your own, Join a program like weight watchers. This will give you a structured diet. Also, you will not lose weight without exercise. If you need to lose weight, make sure more calories are being burned than consumed. Cardio is great to burn calories. Also eat several small meals instead of few big meals. This will keep your metabolism at full speed all day. Good luck, hope you meet your goal.

I started a diet at the beginning of the year- and I lost 10 lbs, REAL quick....mainly by just cutting pop/soda out of my daily life....I swear by this. The only other thing was I got a calorie book, and looked up foods that are low in fat, and ate them....wrote them down in a book. Then- on top of that I would *try* to exercise which is hard for me to do at times because I'm a mother of an 18 month old....So anyways- watch what you eat, try to keep calorie intake at 1200 calories or below for the day, find foods low in fat you *LIKE* to eat- and cut out the pop! Also- if you feel like you NEED to have chocolate like i do from time to time try to stay strong- and get some lowfat pudding or something....
do yoga everyday.try to drink and eat fruit juices with max roughage e.g orange.in vegeies try cauliflower.walk at least 1.5 at a strech everyday and after tat drink a glass of lemonade(try to avoid sugar in it).
this method is trusted
First and foremost, losing 10 pounds in one month is possible, but it's not exactly easy to do (especially if you want that 10 pounds to come from fat, not muscle).
The bottom line is that to lose weight, you have to expend (burn) more calories than you consume (eat). There are two ways to make this happen:
1 - Eat fewer calories
2 - Expend (burn) more calories
Your best bet is to try and do both of these things at the same time. Reduce your daily food intake slightly (no more than 500 calories per day, otherwise you risk malnourishment) and exercise regularly, even daily (if you're willing to make that kind of effort).
As far as diet is concerned, try to stick to lean meats and fresh fruits and vegetables. Carbs are fine, just don't overdo it, and try to stick to whole-grain products. Another good rule of thumb with grains and vegetables is that the darker the color, the better it is for you. Examples: Spinach leaves are healthier than romaine lettuce (and darker in color), whole-wheat bread is healthier than white bread, and sweet potatoes are healthier than normal baked potatoes.
Another important factor is the amount of water you consume. 5-8 glasses a day may do it for most people, but if you really want to lose weight, you have to make sure you are properly hydrated all day long. This basically means drink as much water as you can, without upsetting your stomach (you'll know if you have too much). Also, try to eliminate any carbonated or highly sugared drinks like sodas. They add extra calories and dehydrate your body, without providing much nourishment.
All-in-all, you can lose 10 pounds by September if you exercise, eat healthy, and drink lots of water. Stay focused on your goal, and good luck!
duh go on a diet and exercise alot or just eat healthier
It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way you have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle.

The following healthy living recommendations will help you if you’re trying to lose weight, tone up your muscles, have aspirations of building lean muscle mass, are attempting to get a wash board stomach, or just want to feel better:
*1) Burn more calories then you're consuming everyday and measure your results using the following formula: Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity minus the Thermic Effect of Food (TEF). A website that explains this formula in more detail and will help you determine how many calories you need to reach or maintain a certain weight is at http://www.primusweb.com/fitnesspartner/library/weight/calsburned.htm
Get a diet and fitness calculator that you can put on your computer or cell phone. This will allow you to easily calculate the above formula, set goals, log your daily calorie consumption, and register your physical activities.
Set realistic goals for your ideal body weight. Here are two websites that will calculate a suggested body weight:

It is difficult and unhealthy to lose more than one or two pounds per week. There are 3,500 calories in a pound. If you eat 500 fewer calories per day for a week you will lose one pound. If you burn through exercise 500 more calories per day for a week you will lose one pound.
*2) Eat natural and organic foods found on earth versus something created by a corporation to make money. Eat meals in small portions throughout the day and take a good multi-vitamin supplement.
Avoid “High Glycemic Load Carbs” (sugar, pastries, desserts, refined starches such as breads, pasta, refined grains like white rice; high starch vegetables such as potatoes) and drink lots of water. Read this article for more information on high GL Carbs:

I had to do this for my wedding:
I cut down on my carbs, I said cut down not eliminate. I started eating more fruits and veggies throughout the day, I hired a personal trainer to kick my butt and put me in shape. I drank lots of water. I cut down on sweets, again I said cut down. So on special occasions, like my bridal shower or bachelorette weekend I indulged. The rest of the time I was back on track. With my trainer I did lots of cardio to the point of sweating. It was torturous but worth it. I have my wedding pics to prove it and people told me I looked amazing.
