What do I do? I feel like I can't loose weight and that it will make me feel like crap! I want to slap myself for getting into this mess. I want to have that beautiful figure again, but by like 45 days. I need to weigh 110-140, i need that figure, quick!

You are not going to get that figure that quickly, but you really seriously need to start taking care of yourself. Get a dietician...Jenny Craig or something. Let them help you diet and excercise so you can get back down to a smaller size. Both for your health and self-esteem!

Uh... you are trying to lose 158-188 lbs in 45 days? I don't think there is any way to do that. It took you longer than 45 days to get to that weight, and it will take you more than 45 days to lose it. Slow and steady weight loss is the way to keep it off.
u are not going to lost that kind of weight in that amount of time it took me almost a year to lose about 80 pounds...i do weight watchers by the way.
sorry, your jsut going to have eat right and exersise. and if your friends think you ugly and fat they are jsut bad friends. you'll jsut have to accept that they might not Accept you anymore. who know somtimes your highschool friends have the same wieght spell
Start by Duck taping your mouth and do Coke. Add some Sex and your "Good To Go".
You're not gonna get to 140 in 45 days. You didnt get to 298 overnight, and you can't get away from it overnight either. But by changing your eating habits, to say a 1200-1500 calorie per day diet, and getting plenty of exercise, you'll be able to lose a large part of what you've gained.
Hold on a minute I am only 12 but how do you know all your friends are going to be skinny? Plus if they were really your friends they wouldnt care. Try Oprahs boot camp. And also dont skip meals that highers your meadolism.
You can forget the 45 days. However, for along term goal, consult your physician first and have them prescribe you a weight loss pill. Usually the stuff that doctors prescribe is more effective than over the counter. The main thing that you have to do is realize that it didn't take 45 days to put on the weight and it's not going to take 45 days to get rid of it. You have to make progress for yourself and not your friends. If they are really your friends, then they will help you in your quest to lose the weight.
I am pretty big myself. At 5'3., I am 230. People say it doesn't look like it because I dress accordingly, but I damn sure feel it. I decided that I am going to change my eating habits little by little to help it come off, but I'm not expecting to look like I did when I was 18. You have to have real expectations of what you can do and do it. trying to lose weight too quickly can send your body into shock and cause a host of problems. Be careful, take your time and do it right.
Eating 6 small meals per day with some health snacks will keep your metabolism up and help in burning calories.
