Weight loss question?


Question:
I realise everyone is different and I know how important exercise is, but I am curious as to how much weight can be lost just by cutting out junk food - eg. going from a mainly healthy diet with a few biscuits or pieces of chocolate a day, to the same healthy diet without the sweets? (Without any additional exercise)

do south beach diet. no excersie involved and its effective, and if you follow it, and make it youe lifestyle.youll be good for life. ( ive lost 20 on it, and never gained it back and am eating healthy)

Count your calories. Eat six small meals at 200 cals each. Stay away from sugar all together. Or work it into your calorie count.

I lost 20 pounds in 1 week on a lot of exercise, fruit, vegies, some meat, and a lot of chocolate. You should try Less carbohydrate diet. I have a tremendous result in 2 weeks. I ate less carbohydrate (bread, noodle, rice, your biscuit :P). Just say I ate more protein (meat, tofu, etc) to carbohydrate. The result is amazing.. Well I am not really indulge in sweets so I wasn't have any of them.
