How can I get rid of my "breasts"?
Question:
Is there a way to lose them natutrally (workouts, etc.)? If yes, how?
If not, do you recommend an operation? Will there be any scares?

dude if ur slim those arent breasts those are pecs! dude u have pecs man dont worry about that but if u really want them to look like ARRRNOLD style, do pec flyes and incline flyes

Breasts are nothing more than fat deposits. A good excersize regimine will help get rid of them , along with a good healthy diet. No, I don't mean DIET like low calorie or low fat, though they can be good for you. Imean something which is a rounded diet of good foods.
If after all that, you still have some problems, seek out a plastic surgeon. They do this regularly and no, there are no scars.
Diet is usually not an answer to all of your problems, you definitely need to pay attention to the amount of fat you are consuming though. Also, you should do some sort of cardio, start out slow and work your way up...just remember: exersizing and then eating a bunch more than you normally would to make up for energy loss is self-defeating, some fatigue is okay. Surgery almost always leaves scars and has risks. It should be your last choice. A good way to get rid of them is to do excercises that focus on your chest muscles, because breasts are nothing but a deposit of fat. Some males get them and some don't. It may be something to talk to your doctor about if it is really bothering you. And don't let anyone tell you that it is because of weight or being lazy, because it is not. Sometimes it can be genetic, and other times there really is no reason. But definitely talk to your doctor. There are many ways of treating that.
Yeah, get fit, tone up your chest via pectoral fly exercises, also to strengthen your back in that area, do some lat pull downs. Swimming could be good too to work out your upper body and chest area. Good luck.
The natural shape of a man's chest is flat, so if you begin working out, doing BOTH cardio and lifting, your entire body will improve in appearance, and you will feel great because of the endorphins.
