how many minutes must i walk everday to be able to lose 10kgs in 1 month??

Question:
help me please..i need to lose 10kgs in 1month..

Answers:
Don't eat, walk all you can, cut your leg off, or do it slowly the way you put in on. Your health will suffer if you lose the weight to fast.
Learn to eat right (less) and be more active, not just walking. I know
that does not answer your question, but there is alot more to it than just walking.

I once suggested my ex-wife walked five miles a day. I figured that way, at the end of the week, she'd be 35 miles away.1 kg every three days shouldn't be a problem if you are truly overweight. It's a lot to lose if you are just mildly overweight though.
hello there..as my mother has done these things before, i suggest you walk 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening..and not slow walking but brisk ..

10 kgs is the equivalent of about 77,000 calories (3,500 per pound and there are 2.2 pounds in a kilo).

Depending on your weight, walking burns off about 320 calories an hour. So you will need to walk for about 240 hours in a month. thats 7 hours a day ..

I would either adjust your goal/your plan/ or get off the computer and get started!
well ull have to walk more than that

You'll need to be walking to the referigerator on average at least every 8 to 10 minutes. Weight lifting helps too, so I suggest you buy the family size bags of potato chips, they're heavier. Chewing especially burns a lot of calories so it's good if you can be chewing constantly. Lastly, you should try shoveling food into your face instead of using those tiny spoons. That way you'll have more time to walk the grocery store aisles. Oh wait, don't forget the smorgasboards. Carrying 2 heaping plates at once is double the exercise, which really helps. If all else fails, you could just get a job squashing things. Good luck.
