Does anyone know if it is normal to lose 1 or 2 pounds a day without being on a diet? i keep losing!?
Question:
Answers:
Are you doing anything differently? I started drinking more water a day and lost 30 pounds in about a month. I also started sleeping more and random stuff like that. (this includes eating more veggies, less sugar, etc) Don't panic unless you haven't changed anything. If you haven't changed anything, you might want to see a doctor to be on the safe side, but it's most likely water weight from some change in lifestyle.

What drugs are you taking? This is probably a side effect. SEE A DOCTOR NOW!

.sounds like a trip to the doctor is in line for you. Anyone who is unintentionally losing weight can have serious problems. Please don't delay. Good luck.
YOU R SO LUCKY! if u are active then that is why but its not good to gain to much but it seems normal!! ur ok
This is definitely not normal! Go see a doctor!
It could be your metabolism. I do the same thing; I can eat, but I don't gain weight (if I don't lose any).

My personal experience.
You say you're not on a diet, but what are you eating? When I was a teenager I had a very fast metabolism and could lose 5 lbs in a week. But yours is just too fast! This sounds very very unhealthy. I don't have an answer for you, but I would suggest seeing a doctor! It could be something serious you're not aware of!
Good luck :)
wat r you eating? r you takeing any drugs? go ask a docter that sounds serious to me
how else are you burning calories? i have heard lots of sex helps. when that happened to me.not as much as you lost. i found out i was pregnant and lost weight before i gained. not saying that is your problem. Go To the Doctor!
No, its not normal! Make an appointment with your doctor immediately. It could be something really serious.
It is normal to lose 1-2 pounds a week. You should see a doctor immediately if you are losing weight so rapidly. Rapid weight loss can lead to weak bones, malnutrition, infections, and severe anemia, among other disorders (and of course death). Even on a diet, weight loss should be done slowly and safely. SEE A DOCTOR SOON!!
u should c a doctor...
Maybe you're depressed. Don't worry!, I support weight loss. It's better to be fit than fat
You should be checked for diabetes..the most common signs of this are loss of weight, especially if you are not trying!
Are you going to the bathroom alot?
Polyuria, polydypsia, polyphagia are the classic three signs.
pee alot, drink alot, eat alot and you still lose weight!
Does your breath have a sweet smell? Ketones!
Just what came to mind when I read your question.hope it helps.
I am studying physiology in nursing school right now.so Good Luck!
Dear Jennifer,
I am not a doctor but you may be experiencing what is known as "ketoacidosis." This term describes a condition in people who are becoming diabetic. Additional symptoms include excessive thirst, hunger, and extreme fatigue. The individual can drink large volumes of water and yet is still thirsty. This is accompanied by constant urination and tiredness. As ketone bodies continue to build up in the individual's bloodstream, they become more and more lethargic and eventually will go into coma. A simple blood test and urinalysis will identify the condition so my advice is too see a physician as soon as possible.
