I find it a lot easier to count calories instead.
It seems to melt it off a lot faster, than counting fat grams.
I do not know how much you want to lose, but, if you want to loose it pretty fast, and still be able to eat, try 1000 Cal's a day, it is not much, but, if you choose very wisely(soups, veggies, meat, diet soda, water,) it will com off very quick.
To maintain a gaol weight, just add a zero to the end weight.
Example, if you want to weigh 120, You would eat no more than 1200 calories a day, it takes 100 calories per ten pounds to maintain.
This has always kept me at my goal, I received it through a dietitian plan, I hope it helps you.

i wouldn't know maybe you should talk to a docter about this. I agree that 20 may be too little, but it depends on where these grams are coming from. Consider counting calories along with the grams of fat. Add cardio to your "diet" also.
You have to find a plan and stick to it, but I definately reccomend working out. It will speed up your metabolism.
