What should I do, when hungry, to not be hungry for another few hours?

Brush your teeth, or chew some gum
drink water
drink a glass of milk, unless you are lactose intolerant and that would be baaad.
i take a nap when i am hungry.
I always chew gum or find a way to entertain myself.
Gum is not the best as it eats at stomach acids and makes you more hungry.
Water is good but raw veggies are better.really want a "quick fix" eat a pickle, low in calories and the acids will help with the hunger.
Try to find an activity to keep ur mind off of eating for a while. Like the computer! I know alot of times I just think I'm hungry because I'm bored and I convince myself I am hungry. Drink lots of h2o to fill u up. When I used to go to weight watchers they would say ok; u really want to eat that? Put it away somewhere and tell urself if i still really want it in say;15-20 mins then I can have it. Alot of the times u will forget about it til u find it later and realize u didn't really need it cuz u forgot it was even there.
I like to start my mornings with a hearty breakfast; but if you're pressed for time, you can also try eating fruit with a slice of toast, or a peanut butter sandwich with a glass of milk ; something that will tide you over until lunch.
