hahahahah...are you serious? just in case you are seriously asking this question, i do believe there are brands of salt free potato chips...if you live in the northeast, look for "Cape Cod" brand chips...they have a no salt version...but if you have the runs you shouldnt be eating chips...head for the peanut butter and gallon jug of water ASAP

well i guess just about a month ago the brand Lays Chips....very popular in canada....just introduced a new flavor it's original flavor with 50% less salt..and for me that was so good....(pakaged in like a baby blue bag)

It's probably not the salt that is inducing your IBS symptoms, it's the fat. Particularly those chips with artificial fats like olestra. Look for those low in artificial fats and eat by the handful, not the bag.

However, reducing sodium intake is always a good idea also. Look for those marked no or low salt.

This stuff will help you IBS a lot.
O think Pringles makes a low sodium chip.
