Has any one done Tae Bo? Does it really work?

Question:
was thinking about using it...

Answers:
Hey there...

I did Tae Bo for a good 3 years and it worked for me, I saw great results... however, I do agree with most who posted, it does get boring. It's good to switch up your routine, you have to keep it fun or else you just lose all motivation and quit exercising all together. Try it--you'll have fun for awhile :-)

Other Answers:
Yeah, I tried it out a few years ago. I would not reccommend it. Did not see any results. It gets really boring after using it for a little while.
my friend did it and it realy worked for him...
The best thing to do is give it a try. I do it and really like it but I have to change up my workout program every once and a while because I get bored. Just find something you think you may like and try it. Good luck
Hi Morgana!

I teach a Tae Bo like class. My participants burn up to 1300 calories and hour, which is amazing. Thus, if you do this workout and keep your calories below 1500 per day. You should see great results.

I believe this answers your question, but if not let me know.

Good luck with your diet and fitness goals!

I think as long as you put effort into it..anything will work!
It really has nothing to do with whether Tae Bo works. It has everything to do with motivation.

If you're eating right, anything that is cardio related will help you achieve your fitness goals. The key with any exercise program is to CONTINUE DOING IT. A lot of people get discouraged by not seeing results right away. They think that it's not working so they quit or they want the easy way out. You really should only be expected to lose about 2 lbs each week. If you lose more than this, you're losing muscle as well as body fat. This is not recommended because the more muscle you have, the faster your metabolism will be. When you lose muscle, your metabolism slows down. And we all know that the speed of your metabolism determines how fast you burn calories.

Writing down short realistic goals will help you keep motivated and will help you attain your fitness goals.

Tracking your weight would be a good thing to do so you can see if it's working.

A good goal to start off with would be to lose 5 lbs. When you achieve this, your next goal should be to lose 5 more lbs. These goals are realistic and are short term which help you stay motivated.

Tae Bo may not be something you enjoy, so you might want to try some other form of cardio exercise. There is plenty to choose from. But if you're not motivated to transform your body it won't happen.
tae bo really works. it helps u lose weight and aftr doing it each time u feel great. and u also learn from it how to defend ur self if someone was to try to attack u
