No you cannot burn up to 1200 calories per hour the informercial doesn't even claim that, informercial=1000 calories, and their own website doesn't even claim 1000, website=700 calories. Don't waste your money on this one. I used FAITHFULLY for 2 months and had ZERO results. The makers of Turbo Jam, beachbody.com, has 2 other videos that actually work really well, Power 90 and Slim in 6. Turbo Jam is really fun and you work up a great sweat everything but the results just weren't ever there.

I don't have time to go to the gym since I have 2 toddlers at home so what I do is spend at least 30 mins. of jamming with this video until I sweat. For me it is easier to lose weight with right diet + exercise + tons of water. There is no such thing as quick fix. I have also tried some other pills but without exercise you won't see any results. I am not sure if I'm burning 1200 calories/hr but what I'm sure of is i'm moving and its helping me lose weight. Hope this helps!
