Is this too much food to be eating??!?
Question:
Nutrigrain bar
3 regular sodas
3 diet sodas
9 small peices pizza
bowl mashed potatoes
microwave pasta w/ sauce & chicken
brownie
Iss that too much food for me. I feel like i should be on over eaters annonymous or something. I eat more then my husband does. I am 5'8, 155 lbs
Am i normal??
Its almost like i binge ever couple days for 2-3 days staright, then i go back to eating half that amount for a couple days. Whats with me?

Read "Fit for Life" by HArvey & Marilyn Diamond, or Dr Joshi's 21 day detox for a different approach to eating. If you don't put the right fuel in a car, it won't go, and in fact does terrible damage to the engine. Imagine what your body has to go through to try and digest that lot.

cut the soda out and drink more water. Too much soda makes you crave more foods and causes you to overeat. It's mostly the sugar.
Way too much sugar.
Way too much starch.
Not nearly enough water.
You might want to try a more balanced diet. It will help curb those cravings and desires to binge eat. Usually when you binge its your body screaming "I'm not getting what I need.feed me!"
yeh drink more water and walk alitle.. maybe ur pregnant!! u never know!! You're prolly just gonna get your period soon. all girls eat tons right before. or at least I think all girls do. if you're not overweight, dont worry about it. altho a lil less pop might be good.
It isn't how much you ate but what you ate.
Sugar (nutrigrain bar), sugar, sugar and sugar (pop). Simple Carbs, simple carbs and simple carbs (Pizza), simple carbs (potatoes), simple carb (pasta) Protein (chicken) Fats (sauce), sugar and simple carbs (brownie).
You are filling your blood stream with glucose. You keep eating that many simple carbs and you will always feel hungry not too soon after eating and you will have energy surges and drops through out the day. You are setting yourself up for diabetes.
Eliminate sugar, white flour, white rice and potatoes from your diet and be amazed at how much better you feel and how much weight you will loose!
Please have your glucose tested because your up and downs point to diabetes or hypoglycemia.
Hello in my opinion your are not eating healthy enough in the mornings you should eat balanced diet like 2 eggs with 3 slices of turkey bacon with a cup of milk around 10 eat a granola snack eat tuna with light mayo for lunch with crackers for dinner you should eat chicken breast with salad or with whole wheat pasta also you should include 6 8oz of water per day According to your nody mass index 23.6..you are normal weight but be careful..overweight is 24.9 I would drink less soda DEFINETLY and more water
yes thats too much. try scheduling ur meals, that way u don't snack in between them.
