I would suggest to stop eating Lean Cuisine. Those prepackaged foods are loaded with sodium (salt). Salt makes you retain water.

You would be better off eating a salad with some kind of protein in it, such as chicken, tuna, or low fat cheese for lunch.

Also, stay away from enriched flour and hydrogenated oils.

Eating fresh foods as oppposed to prepackaged is your best bet.
I know of this site that you can look on and see if your parents approve since your under 18. Its a nutritional shake, protein drinks, protein bars and a whole lot of other things. They are affordable and work very fast. The site you get it from is www.differentu.com and they provide support and teach you how to use each product to maximize your results. All you have to do is call the number on the site and they will coach you the whole nine yards. You will lose weight within the first week of taking them and the best part is you don't have to exercise! But if you do it will only make you lose weight faster. So check it out and talk to your parents about it. God bless you and good luck!
You're probably eating too many calories.

One bowl of cereal could be 600 calories alone. Figure another 700 for 2 Lean Cuisines, 100 for each fruit or 75 for an egg. Add the occasional other snack you don't have listed.

At your current weight you probably need 1500 calories to maintain and that's about what you're eating now.

Look on the cereal box and see what a serving is (3/4 to 1 cup), notice they use 1/2 cup of milk and no sugar. Measure out the cereal for a week so you get used to what a serving looks like.

Skip the fruit and add a small salad or pick veggies for snacks. Eggs are a good choice.

Remember you need to burn 3500 calories to lose just 1 pound. If you need 1500 calories to maintain 135 and you eat 1200, then you have a 300 calorie deficit. It will take about 10 days to lose 1 pound.

You can try a lower carb diet (ditch the cereal & Lean Cuisine)?
I would suggest counting calories. Really look at what you are eating. Don't go over 10 grams of fat per day. Multiply your goal weight times 10, and that it the Max amount of calories you should be eating daily(125lbs x 10= 1,250 calories). Next you need to make sure you are burning more than that daily. There are 3,500 calories in a pound. So you need to be burning 500 calories more than you are eating daily to lose a pound a week. Here is a website to help you count..
