I heard that it's better to eat six small meals then eatting three big meals but what i what to know too is

Question:
how many hours should you eat if you eat six small meals?

Answers:
Actually it is better to eat several time during the day rather than 3 time a day. Reason being it will help keep your metabolism up and you will keep a steady flow of nutrients going into your body for your cell to operate on.

It is like this. If you eat an orange for the vitamin C you system will sue the vitamin C that is has. What happens if you needed more for cellular protection? You may start to get a sore throat or get sick.

If you had a steady trickle of vitamin C all day long your body would be better able to defend itself from free radicals and the damage that they cause.

As far as how many hours in between should you eat. Heck what ever you schedule allows I guess. if you can eat a little bit of something every 2 to 2 1.5 hours or so I think that would be awesome.

One key thing to remember though. eat as much raw food as you can. Even as much as you want. But, keep in mind the glycemic index. If a food you eat is high in sugar or breaks down fast in digestive system then it is not healthy for you to eat it. You also will gain allot of weight for eating foods that are high glycemic.

But hey I still like pizza and ice cream and stuff like that. Just don't eat them often.

Eat every 2-3 hours depending on the size of the snack or meal.
5 to 6 small meals a day is a good idea, and should be eaten every 2 1/2 to 3 hours. It sounds like you'd be eating a lot but it's really not bad once you get into the hang of it. For convenience purposes find some protein bars and/or shakes that you like for a few of those meals. They are very filling and within the calorie range you should be aiming for with 5-6 small meals.
It all depends what time you eat breakfast, but It goes like this: breakfast
mid-morning snack
lunch
mid-afternoon snack
dinner
evening snack
Your body needs the food to keep your metabolism going and that's how you loose weight. Good Luck!
A little misconception there. Eat a good breakfast, 2-3 hours later have a snack, fruit or something something light. Eat a regular lunch 2-3 hours after that. Maybe a sandwich or a few
cookies for the next snack in 2-3 hours. Then a sensible dinner
3-4 hours later. A last snack 2-3 hours after that. I usually have cereal, but crackers and dip or fruit are good too.
The theory is you stay fuller so you don't tend to overeat during regular meals. This also helps in crease your metabolism.
America's biggest problem is over eating. You still are eating three meals a day, but you have 3 mini-meals or snacks in between. You shouldn't be eating more than the size of your fist every 3 or so hours. snacks are power bars and nuts or small sandwich, on whole grain bread of course. drink more than plenty of water. this is also a natural appetite suppressant.
If your usual 3 meals are 8 am breakfast, 1 pm lunch and 6 pm dinner, then fit the other 3 meals in between those.

8 am breakfast
11 am snack.
1 pm lunch
4 pm snack
6 pm dinner.
9 pm snack.

The point is just to get your metabolism to maintain the same speed through out the day instead of starting and stopping. Usually the breakfast is supposed to be the biggest meal as it gets you through your day.

And I've never heard of 6 so many as thats a lot of breaks in the day to eat. id suggest
normal HEALTHY breakfast 70% full.
Lunch 70% full.
Small snack 3 to 4 hrs after lunch
Dinner, 70%.
Small snack 3 to 4 hrs before sleep if you wish.

Its the content of the food too so learn to cut fried stuff and dried snacks.
Every 1.5 to 2 hours. The reason for this is to stabilize and increase metabolism and also blood sugar levels, which can cause hunger pangs, fluctuations in metabolism, and energy levels. It helps to optimize metabolic rate, and increase calorie burning. Some people also find it prevents them from binging on junk food.
